When you accept your quote, you’ll be given the choice of either having your car collected, or dropping your car off. If you choose a collection, we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable time to pick your car up. If you choose to drop your car off at your local CarTakeBack branch, you can arrive whenever you like during the opening hours.
We’ll sort the paperwork and send you a DVLA Certificate of Destruction as proof that your car is no longer on the road.
